From Sunday, November 29, through Friday, December 24, there will be a question every day about German Christmas foods on the Spoonfuls of Germany Facebook page.

Answers may be posted in the comments section until Spoonfuls of Germany has posted the corrected answer.

Picking the weekly winner: From all correct answers of the previous week a winner will be selected at random on Saturdays (December 5, 12, 19) and on Christmas Day, Friday, December 25. Winners receive the new ebook edition of Spoonfuls of Germany.

The recently published Spoonfuls of Germany ebook edition includes both well-known German Christmas recipes such as Dresdner Stollen and hidden treasures from Germany’s regional cuisines such as Chocolate Spice Bars (Berliner Brot), and recipes that are perfect for a festive Christmas menu such as Roasted Duck with Apple and Rum-Raisin Stuffing (Ente mit Lübecker Füllung).

Winners will be notified by Facebook private message and will be announced on this page by first name only. To receive the ebook, the winners will have to provide a valid email address, which will be used for the sole purpose of delivering the ebook via Amazon.
